02 · The story

How I got here

Hardware first. I studied Electronics and Instrumentation in Coimbatore, India, and spent my first year in industry on a non-contact thermal screener built during COVID. I have liked hardware and software together ever since.

Europe and autonomous systems. An EIT Digital dual master's took me through Budapest, Rennes and Trento, with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where my team won Best Entrepreneurial Team. At Volvo Group and Chalmers I built the backend that turns raw routes into a road model for truck energy simulation.

Owning systems in production. At Machinify in Budapest I designed and shipped two inspection systems from scratch, then installed them on the factory floor and trained the operators who run them. At hello again in Linz I build the plugin that reads receipts from any cash register, and I have owned our team's OKRs three quarters in a row.

Receipts from any cash register

A .NET plugin that sits beside retail POS systems it has never seen, captures each sale, keeps working offline on 32-bit Windows 7 tills, and feeds a receipt pipeline I moved in-house. Plus the fleet dashboard and a production AI support agent.

A .NET 8 sender and a WPF HMI over TCP/IP that check every blister foil in under 100 ms, recover from crashes, and confirm a defect before it is stored. Later: login, RBAC and audit trails.

Six images in parallel, a result and a sort signal within 2 s. One codebase runs as main or secondary PC, kept in sync over TCP/IP, driving a Siemens S7 PLC at 99.9% uptime.
